The Mayo Convention Centre presents a modern conferencing space with flexibility for conference, exhibition and private event use, as well as concerts and theatre.
Whether you are hosting a local corporate board meeting or an international conference we have meeting rooms that will adapt to suit a wide range of events with a variety of layouts.
CONFERENCES
We have the perfect choice of rooms and halls for your conference, with the convention centre hall which can accommodate up to 1200 delegates plus tiered seating to cater for an additional 1000 alternates. Our main hall is supported by fourteen meeting rooms that can be used for breakout sessions.
EXHIBITIONS
For exhibitions we can utilize the main hall of the flat floored Convention Centre with a floor size of 928m2 and a maximum room height of 10m. The main hall also boasts easy access by van or lorry for set-up. There is also the opportunity to extend the hall with the addition of an exhibition area which can be directly accessible from the side doors of the main hall. The exhibition area up to 50m by 25m can be erected without interfering with access to the main hall.

BANQUETING
From an intimate banquet for ten to a gala dinner for 480, our choice of nine private rooms including the Foyer Restaurant located at our on-site four star Harlequin Hotel. We can offer the perfect venue for award ceremonies, conference hospitality, stand-alone banquets, Christmas parties, pre theatre dining and private functions.
MEETINGS
Our four boardrooms and fourteen meeting rooms offer the perfect solution for board meetings, corporate meetings, training sessions, interviews, product launches and supplier meetings. Coupled with the additional flexibility of using them for break-out meetings from our main conference hall these rooms come in a range of different sizes including sub-divisible options, giving a great degree of flexibility. With capacities ranging from 2 to 140 and different room layouts including theatre style, boardroom, cabaret, classroom and banqueting.
CONCERTS AND THEATRE
The royaltheatre at the Mayo Convention Centre is a state-of-the-art Theatre complex. With a West End standard full theatrical stage, sound and lighting systems, plus tiered seating for 2,200 a standing capacity of 4,000 this facility provides the largest theatre venue in the West of Ireland second only to the 02 venue in Dublin.
